Plan, develop, and execute strategy to combat Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and complex fraud in a challenged market across all TJX brands, spanning 60+ stores across Washington state and the Pacific Northwest.Analyzing store data to identify the most prolific shoplifting/ORC groups and taking appropriate steps to identify, track, and hold habitual offenders accountable in accordance with Washington state statutes.Coordinated and executed Retail Emphasis (blitz) operations with multiple local Law Enforcement agencies to identify, observe, and arrest shoplifting/ORC subjects to enhance store morale and perception of control/accountability.Worked closely with several law enforcement agencies to execute successful takedown operations of prolific ORT (Organized Retail Theft) targets on active probable cause and warrants.Identified and investigated an ORC group conducting a complex altered receipt fraud scheme resulting in over $50k loss to TJX brands. I resolved this case through successful prosecution of the primary offender with help of the Renton Police Department and King County ORC prosecutor. Made direct impact on high shrink target stores by using company resources and augmenting programs to spread awareness of high profile ORC subjects amongst store LP and leadership.
