About Brandon E. Williams
As a Director of Career Advising at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), I lead a team of advisers who provide professional development assistance for students and alumni in various creative fields. I collaborate with faculty and staff to plan and deliver university workshops, and I track and report data using Salesforce. I joined SCAD in 2023 as an assistant director, and I was promoted to director in 2023 after six months of exemplary performance.I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from SCAD, and I have a passion for storytelling and design. Before joining SCAD, I worked as an animator and motion designer for seven years in broadcast television, where I was nominated for three Emmys for my work with GPB and WSAV. I am proud of my contributions to the public broadcasting and local media sectors, and I enjoy sharing my expertise and insights with the SCAD community. My goal is to empower and inspire the next generation of creative professionals to pursue their dreams and achieve their potential.
