Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Financial goals of our operations.Growing through the Quality organization within Textron Aviation’s Customer Support Network, I gained a vast amount of experience managing the quality system for over 20 service centers world wide. From assisting the Director of Quality in establishing the first major Corporate Safety Management System among any major OEM, to developing the vary applications that collected our safety data, I take an SMS approach in every situation as I believe that continuous improvement is not just a quality thing, but good business. This has propelled me into my newest adventure leading Textron Aviation New York.Passionate about tackling the organization’s toughest challenges by collaborating with those around the business, and putting our best solutions forward.
