1) As the Director of Staffing at HR-1, I oversee the full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for a family of companies in various industries including transportation, construction, plant manufacturing, and concrete materials. With 15 years of progressive experience in HR and employee relations, I have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, and I apply them to create a positive and productive work environment for both employees and employers.(2) I have a proven track record of reducing turnover, improving retention, and enhancing employee engagement, as well as implementing process improvements and quality standards in both union and nonunion environments.
