In my role as Director of Account Management, I lead the strategy, relationships, and performance of exclusive and highly limited-distribution therapy programs for our pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. I serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders and work to build long-term partnerships that drive exceptional satisfaction, retention, and measurable business results.I oversee a team of Account Managers and ensure our manufacturer programs consistently exceed expectations. This includes developing and executing strategic plans, defining business objectives, and managing key performance indicators that support both partner goals and organizational priorities. I lead regular business reviews, provide insights that strengthen our position as the partner of choice, and identify opportunities for enhanced service offerings.My role spans collaboration across implementation, operations, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to ensure successful program design and flawless execution. I also partner closely with Business Development and Legal to expand services, negotiate contract adjustments, and support new revenue opportunities.I am deeply committed to proactive issue identification, continuous process improvement, and developing the talent within my team.
