With over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am passionate about developing, executing, and maintaining a best in class recruiting and selection program. My mission is to create a positive candidate experience and hire talent that will contribute to Pennymac\'s success. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, I oversee the contractor hiring process, build and enhance the vendor management process, and lead change management initiatives for the talent acquisition team. I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I strive to bring these qualities to my work every day.In my previous role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Pennymac, I was responsible for formulating strategies, tactics, and action plans based on best practices, risk mitigation, and business impact. I worked with account managers and recruiters to create and execute on daily plans, and developed strong relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors. I also leveraged my HR and communication skills to provide support and guidance to the talent acquisition team and the hiring managers. I am proud of the results I achieved, such as increasing the contractor conversion rate, reducing the time to fill, and improving the quality of hire.
