About Brandon Cera
I have a passion for understanding and solving difficult engineering concepts. To set myself apart from my chemical engineering classmates, I enrolled in computer-aided design in Solidworks, this gave me the opportunity to get a certification and increase my knowledge in design. I find it exciting to create, replicate, analyze, and review 3D manufacturing parts to improve the creation of products. In addition, I took an industrial engineering course, Lean Six Sigma, to gain a better understanding of the tools and methods used to approach manufacturing problems, such as eliminating waste in the process, collecting data for a new operation, defects, extra steps taken by employees and equipment to accommodate inefficient process layout, any excess inventory, and overproduction.
