Handpicked as one of the first on-site team members during the launch of OVHcloud’s Toronto data center, gaining early access to complex infrastructure and supporting full-scale deployments.• Supported various network infrastructure projects, contributing to the rollout of services like IP load balancing, Anti-DDoS and Virtual Cloud Desktop, enhancing OVH’s product offerings and service reliability.• Customized, assembled and deployed servers to meet specific customer and internal requirements, delivering servers to support client SLAs and operational needs.• Racked and cabled critical network equipment including Cisco Nexus series, ASA Firewalls, and ISR routers, and Arista R-series devices. Deployed all equipment within all within a high-availability spine-and-leaf topology. • Performed high-precision fiber optic cabling (single-mode and multi-mode), maintaining structured cabling standards and implementing best practices for airflow and serviceability.• Diagnosed and resolved issues with network links and transceivers; collaborated with engineers to troubleshoot signal degradation, port failures or misconfiguration.• Continuously monitored data center infrastructure for server availability using internal dashboards and tools; responded promptly to hardware failures or system alerts, minimizing downtime and improving service continuity.• Developed and maintained internal documentation for network topology, server deployment procedures and hardware configurations using Confluence.• Maintained proper stock and inventory control of hardware components (servers, transceivers, NICs, cables, PDUs, etc.) supporting just-in-time delivery and reducing deployment delays.• Assisted in the routine maintenance of HVAC and cooling systems, collaborating with facilities staff to maintain optimal temperature and environmental conditions within the data center.
