Duties include: Setting up and maintaining deals in the Rightsline rights management system; Reviewing and QCing all deals entered into the rights management system to update any out of date information before the contracts go out for signature; Working on system upgrade alongside external vendors on building and maintaining new rights management system; Reviewing existing catalogue items on the rights management system with the EC legal team once the Sales Agency Agreement is signed and when premiere TX dates are known so that any out-of date information can be updated; Primary point of contact between Legal, Content, and IT Undertaking special projects for the wider team in a variety of cross functional areas.
