ABOUT BRANDON BROPHY

I\'m an experienced software design and development leader and strategist. With 15+ Years in the Digital Marketing SaaS space, I\'ve been a key contributor as part of an organization that has seen consistent growth over that time frame. I believe in the power of technology and teamwork, and enjoy working with others to find ways to build software that makes peoples lives easier or better. I\'ve worn many hats throughout my career: client services, technical project manager, software quality analyst, scrum master, and more, but found my true calling in various leadership roles helping guide teams towards driving organizational success. Each of those experiences has taught me skills and, more importantly, given me perspective, appreciation, and empathy that allows me to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve greater goals- I am highly competitive, but a teammate first- I can envision ideal states, but understand that execution tends to require a realistic approach and will roll up my sleeves to help see things through- I believe in transparency at the organization level, but privacy at the individual level- I enjoy speaking different \"languages\" across an organization, but I\'m a tech geek at heart
