Epilepsy Self-Management Research: Conducted user interviews and performed qualitative analysis using NVivo to identify self-management behaviors and user needs.Evaluated 30+ epilepsy self-management apps, applying relevancy coding to assess key features and their impact on user effectiveness.Presented research findings to the principal investigator, influencing project direction and highlighting opportunities to enhance digital health tools.Teen Chatbot Safety & AI Research:Conducted qualitative research through interviews and thematic analysis in NVivo to examine teen chatbot safety concerns and digital overuse.Compiled and analyzed a large-scale Reddit dataset using Reddit’s API, performing data cleaning and preprocessing before applying machine learning techniques to detect patterns in chatbot overuse.Collaborated with research teams to visualize insights in Miro and delivered findings to stakeholders, contributing to recommendations for AI-driven online safety solutions.
