Reporting directly to the Founder at WLM Enterprises, I oversee the entire digital operational infrastructure for both STAGE and AJ Motion Sports, where I operate with full ownership, build from first principles, and deliver real results.In addition to managing the digital operations for the businesses, I manage the STAGE Custom Goggle Program from top to bottom, which means pitching and selling to major ski resorts and global brands, designing mockups, and managing the production logistics until the product hits the customers door.I’m also currently an MBA Candidate at LSUS where I’m focused on honing my skills to scale businesses and drive differentiated returns through sustainable competitive advantage.
