Led Phase 1 construction and execution budget for Admin/QC Lab (RTP Building 1). Lilly RTP facility is a greenfield parental/device assembly facility. Lilly Project lead for addition of 4 acre (Phase 3) parking lot. Project included adding 165 additional parking spots, underground storm water filtration system,~30 ft retention wall around parking lot (3 sides), and raised elevation of proposed lot by 30-40 ft. This earthworks for this project required a total of 2700 dump truck to complete the site work construction activities.
