As a Summer Acquisitions Analyst at Venture One Real Estate, I apply my skills in ARGUS Enterprise, Finance, underwriting, Yardi, and CoStar to support the acquisition and underwriting of industrial properties across the Chicago Area. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I have also completed a study abroad program at ESCI-UPF in Barcelona, Spain. After my internship experience in real estate and financial services, I am passionate about finding and creating value in the real estate market.
