In less than six months, my team launched new platform capabilities that automate shift scheduling and help facilities optimize their internal resources to reduce dependency on external staffing agencies. This allows healthcare organizations to fill shifts at scale without relying on recruiters or schedulers. IRP+ now boasts 80% shift coverage rates within 48 hours of schedule posting, and proven to onboard over 200 acute care professionals within a single organization in under two days. Our focus is on scaling these capabilities, integrating with more healthcare systems, and driving automation to make having an on-demand workforce more accessible and efficient.
