ABOUT BRANDON BAFARO
Throughout my nearly 20-year tenure as an Air Force maintenance technician/training instructor, I\'ve specialized in stealth aircraft. Initially immersed in the nuances of the B-2 Stealth Bomber for 7 years, I honed my expertise in various coatings, composites, and other stealth capabilities. Following this, I was handpicked to serve as a field training detachment instructor for the F-22, collaborating with engineers and airmen for 4 years, delving into advanced coatings and conducting hardware/structural damage assessments.Transitioning to the F-35, I continued my work alongside engineers, focusing on fleet damage assessments and overall F-35 maintenance protocols. My journey culminated in my selection as the Low Observables instructor supervisor for the career field. Leveraging Instructional Systems Development principles, I assisted the rewriting the Low Observables course curriculum, addressing crucial learning gaps vital for the training of the next generation of airmen.
