As Operations Deputy Manager for PSNS & IMF NN Test Engineering Division, I manage test execution and work control (WC) processes to support surface ship availabilities, ensuring efficient project execution and certification compliance. I oversee the development of Project MOAs, strategies, and contracts, and lead the creation and modification of corporate instructions related to non-nuclear shipboard work.Key Responsibilities:• Lead test execution and WC processes for surface ship availabilities, ensuring smooth waterfront operations.• Develop and implement policies and procedures, including overseeing the JFMM Vol. IV, TUM, and WAF use.• Manage resource allocation, staff assignments, and personnel development to ensure project success.• Drive continuous improvement in QA and process standards across all surface ship projects.• Collaborate with project teams to ensure process compliance and accountability.In this role, I help standardize best practices, optimize workforce efficiency, and contribute to the successful execution of Navy surface ship projects.
