Oversee ongoing support and future implementation for the media supply chain in collaboration with VP of Content Operations, and Technology team.• Manage systems within the media supply chain including media asset management, transcoders, and file transfer software. Act as point of contact for vendors on supply chain related systems. • Collaborate with technology partners to ensure effective cybersecurity, cloud operations, and networking of media supply chain systems.• Improve media management efficiency including researching and implementing new technologies.• Act as a technical resource (SME) for departments throughout the company as well as external vendors and production companies.• Develop and maintain video/audio specification documentation and work with other departments and production companies to provide spec guidance and best practices for content delivery.• Create workflows for domestic and international distribution, including but not limited to transcode and edit workflows, and automation of technical workflows.• Train staff on systems and create training opportunities.
