With several years of work experience in various fields, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who is passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to the financial sector. As a scholar at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and SEO Edge Partner Access, I have gained valuable insights and skills in alternative investments and investment banking, as well as utilizing access to my mentoring and networking opportunities. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Texas A&M University, where I am involved in the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Aggie Investment Club. I have an entrepreneurial background which led me to pursue a career in finance, and markets in particular based on my broker-based business. I am driven by curiosity, excellence, and diversity, and I aim to leverage my academic and professional background to make a positive impact in the industry and the community.My most recent work experience was as a Summer Global Markets Analyst at UBS, where I supported the sales and trading teams in executing client orders, conducting market research, and preparing reports and presentations. I applied my data analysis and data entry skills to monitor and update various databases, dashboards, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. I also demonstrated my report writing and communication skills by creating and delivering clear and concise summaries and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. I enjoyed working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I learned from experienced professionals and contributed to the success of the business.
