ABOUT BRANDI WATTERSON

I am a church consultant, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder passionate about helping organizations and leaders create environments where children, families, and communities can thrive. As the Owner & CEO of Brighton Academy, and Founder & CEO of Treetop Friends and Treetop Print Shop, I have spent more than 17 years building and leading organizations dedicated to early childhood development, community impact, and operational excellence. I am also the Founder & Executive Director of Brighton Our World (BOW), Inc, a nonprofit created to help children learn to look beyond themselves and meet the needs of other children around the world. Through this work, my goal is to instill a philanthropic mindset in the early childhood years, teaching young children that they have the power to make a difference. When children embrace this perspective, it often inspires their families and communities to do the same. In addition to my work in education and nonprofit leadership, I am deeply passionate about leadership development, writing, and speaking. I enjoy helping leaders and organizations discover their purpose, develop their potential, and create meaningful impact. I currently serve as a member and contributor to the Forbes Business Council, where I share insights on leadership, education, and organizational growth. My mission is simple: Build strong schools. Strengthen churches. Develop people.
