ABOUT BRANDI WAJD

A dynamic Human Resources professional that wants to utilize her knowledge and skills to grow organization through developing human capital and assisting with meeting the organization’s bottom line. Gaining knowledge and be able to apply it successfully is my goal, whether through formal or informal training. Knowledge is power. Ifeany Enoch Onuoha once said “Some people today are wandering generalities instead of meaningful specifics because they have failed to discover and mine the wealth of potential in them.” Currently as a Human Resource Generalist, I am able to touch every aspect of business from recruiting potential employees, on-boarding, benefit administration, leave and extended leave request, disciplinary/corrective action plans, performance improvement plans, and sometime even terminations. Also, managing after employment issues such as unemployment claims and assisting with other grievances that may be file with outside agencies. Being able to fulfill people’s needs should be the number one priority of a Human Resources professional that includes both the business and the employees.Outside of my professional life, I am a fun loving and outgoing individual that has never meets a stranger and is sure to make the people that know me proud.
