After many auditions and having a full-time job only 20 miles south of L.A, the realization set in that I would not become an actress. So, I decided that being part of the ever-changing transportation industry was interesting, challenging, and needed more women in its presence. Being a confident woman who loves people, it is no surprise that after 16 years in the industry, I found a career in L&D. I have been involved firsthand in: Developing new business and reporting analytics; Assisted with the HWY operations TMS integration to Raptor Edge; Managed customer accounts; Created and implemented the introduction of new hire training, refresher classes and new training topics; Contributed to the development of engagement and diversity programs; Conducted management skill courses that immediately impacted productivity and employee satisfaction. As for my personal life, I am devoted to my family and two dogs, LSU football, being a board member of EGV Youth Baseball, and managing my son\'s baseball team. My life includes puns, TV/movie one-liners, sending snail mail, golf and softball, Batman, being a loyal patron, eating great food, and parks of all kinds. I am also a big fan of The Office as I\'ve watched all 9 seasons over 21 times.
