I’ve been fortunate to spend 18 years in the automotive industry, starting in sales and stepping into a Dealer role within six years. It happened fast. I’ve had the privilege of coaching leaders at the dealer and executive level, as well as co-creating a leadership development program that has supported 200 people. The program has earned a 9.91/10 satisfaction score and an eNPS of 89, but what I’m most proud of is the lasting impact its had on people’s confidence, quality of life, and performance.
