At the core, I am a connector. My greatest joy is building relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners, and helping them make valuable connections with each other. For many years, I managed a nonprofit association’s thriving membership program, supporting over 2,500 individuals in meeting their professional development goals and building their networks. In addition to my work supporting members, I managed complex projects with many moving parts. I planned hundreds of events, including multi-day conventions, achieving record numbers of attendees and sponsors. I am constantly looking for ways to improve programs and increase income, for example using my marketing and relationship-building skills to revamp the organization’s sponsorship and webinar programs, more than tripling revenue in just one year.
