I have been working with the NHA (and it\'s parent company ATI) since 2010 to write test questions. I was also chosen to be one of 5 educators from across the country that developed two different medical certification final exams, prior to being rolled out nationally. In addition, I worked with a panel of experts to conduct the cut score analysis after a sample group of students had taken the new exam. These tasks involved flying to Kansas City for meetings, as well as numerous conference calls.
