Analyze potential site locations and then create business cases for site acquisition.Manage vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and local regulations.Interface with stakeholders ei: landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel.Maintain database systems and reports pertaining to cellular site projects.Bid sites out to turnkey vendors and choose vendors for awards. Provide leadership team with regular reports. Conduct regular audits of SiteTraker to ensure accurate reporting.Provide Vendor Management support. Provide site acquisition vendors direction. Host regular meetings that drive project success, identify road blocks.Maintain and nurture amicable relationships with current and prospective landlords.Research for the collaboration on FCC/FAA/NEPA/SHPO Filings to HQ Regulatory team.
