I completed a field of study in Real Estate at the Academy of Real Estate in 2017 and joined Valet Living as a District Manager in 2020. In this role, I oversaw the operations and performance of multiple properties, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. I also trained and coached new and existing service valets, and recruited and retained talent for our growing team. In 2022, I was promoted to Market Manager, where I expanded our market presence and revenue by securing new contracts and partnerships and managing the execution and delivery of our services. In 2023, I became an IValet Subject Matter Expert, where I assist all of our District Managers and service valets with our company app, which enables them to communicate, schedule, and report their activities and issues.My core competencies include employee training, training and development (HR), and recruiting. I enjoy working with people and helping them grow and succeed in their roles. I am passionate about providing innovative and convenient solutions for our clients and residents and enhancing their living experience. I value collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for our team. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, as I have a background in real estate and a skill in IValet, which is a unique and cutting-edge technology in our industry.
