I hold many designations including the GRI designation as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, CPE (Certified Property Expert), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Expert) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have also been considered one of the top-notch realtors in the marketplace and was just rewarded by being selected to the TOP 500 Agent Hall of Fame. I have been in the real estate industry in one aspect or another for over 25 years; from being a general contractor to the mortgage industry as a loan originator, to being a marketing representative in the title insurance business. With my expertise in real estate as well as in short sales, I was able to be an investor coach for a national company. I have had the opportunity to work with investor students from all over the country, training them to be successful investors. Through my professional experience, I am able to see all the different aspects to real estate as well as all the different real estate companies.
