Additionally, I served as the Workers Compensation Process Owner for the contact center, contributing to cross-departmental projects, data analysis, and trend identification. I currently hold a Psychology Degree, along with a California Experienced WC Adjuster Certification, and a California Workers’ Compensation Self-Insured Certificate.
