Conducts market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, benchmarking, and job pricing, including analysis of broad-based cash incentive compensation practices using third-party salary survey data management automation system. • Maintains online market survey and benchmarking tool. Ensures employee data accuracy and job matching accuracy. Designs and runs reports as requested and needed. • Partner with Human Resources Support to ensure the HCM system supports current compensation programs, assist with report generation to support business needs, and consult on system enhancements to improve Total Rewards/Compensation processes and administration. • Assists in annual and periodic reviews of market competitiveness of employees. • Participates in the administrative processes for maintaining the integrity of the employee information and calculations housed in salary planning and incentive programs. • Develops and maintains necessary documentation required for compensation processes. • Assists with content development and training of compensation programs and practices to HR partners and managers. • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, including open enrollment timelines, training and communication.• Manage workers compensation process from start to finish • Manage the leave of absence process helping to navigate employees through their options while ensuring compliance with all state requirements • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws by with an assessment of all requirements and an audit of completion relates-Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities
