Responsible and accountable for all daily operations and intake of assignments from direct Insurance clients as well as national vendors. Supervise daily dispatch of claims to our remote team appraisers. Provided team appraisers with supervision, coaching, training, estimate review and monitoring appraisal results. Manage work assignments, set appointments with involved parties and promptly travel to location and inspect the loss. Provide excellent communication and customer service with vehicle owners, body shops and or insurance clients. Search for alternative parts while following our clients specific guidelines and our state laws and regulations. Negotiate repairs with the owners body shop of choice and report back to our clients with completed estimates package of damages and a complete summary of our inspection. Complete total loss evaluations and paper work when the vehicle is a total loss. Coordinate, supervise and engage with our Cat Team and deploy to catastrophe area when assigned to specific location or Dealer lot inspections. FAA Part 107 Cert Drone Pilot
