ABOUT BRANDI C.
One thing that I am known for at my current job is my happiness. I know that sounds cheesy but sometimes people tend to forget, when working in Human Resources, that kindness can go a long way. My main duty is recruiting and we all know that it can be hectic and discouraging but it can also give you the feeling that you are making a difference in this world. You build relationships with individuals from all different walks of life and you learn on improving your empathy and communication skills. Your associate\'s success is also your success and you do what you can to help their job go a little bit smoother. My best approach to being successful in recruiting is being organized, honest, and having open communication with other recruiters and associates. I am not afraid to brainstorm solutions to create change or ask others for help/advice. I am always striving to become better and wanting to go the extra mile for not only myself but, for the company as well. My biggest achievement at my current job is creating a PowerPoint that compares data scores of associates test numbers versus how long associates have stayed at the company. I created this PowerPoint on my own time because I wanted to figure out why our turnover rate was so high and if there is anything we can change in the tests that we were given out. When I am not at work I enjoy the simple things such as hanging out with friends, going to the beach, going to Farmer Markets, binge watching 90\'s shows, napping, and doing arts and crafts.
