Currently, I provide support to the VP of Service Ops Center, the VP of Provider Network, and the Service Ops leadership team, which consists of four Directors.Alongside my administrative duties, I lead engagement events and department recognition activities, actively participate in process improvement projects with team members, and am a member of several Network Resource Groups (NRGs). These NRGs include: The Impact - Humana African American NRG, the Thriving Thursday African American Ladies Group, and the Humana Administrative Professionals Network.Additionally, I support the Provider Network Department and co-host a weekly Humana Radio show that is broadcast to all employees across the nation.
