I’m a multidisciplinary design professional with a background in both architecture and landscape architecture and more than a decade of experience delivering complex, high-performance projects ranging from mission-critical data centers to large urban developments. My work blends design thinking with practical execution, and I’m equally comfortable working through technical details and guiding teams toward big-picture goals.In my current role as a Development & Design Manager at CoreSite, I focus on the early stages of data center projects, where strategy, design, and delivery come together. I lead site feasibility and utility planning, coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, guide projects through permitting and entitlement, and ensure that design intent aligns with constructability, cost, schedule, and long-term performance objectives. At its core, my work helps bring reliable, interconnected, mission-critical infrastructure to life.I’m passionate about connecting people and ideas to build strong, collaborative teams.    As a Development & Design Manager at CoreSite, I lead the technical planning, design coordination, and early project execution that shape new data center developments and campus expansions. My work focuses on translating CoreSite’s operational requirements and growth strategy into solutions that are constructible, scalable, and cost-effective. I oversee the full pre-construction lifecycle, including site feasibility studies, utility coordination, consultant management, permitting, and design deliverables. By working closely with construction, operations, and real estate teams, as well as external design and engineering partners, I ensure that design intent, constructability, and long-term performance goals remain tightly aligned.Core responsibilities include- Leading site strategy, feasibility analysis, and utility infrastructure planning for new builds and expansions across multiple U.S. markets- Directing multidisciplinary consultant teams through schematic, design development, and construction document phases, ensuring alignment with CoreSite standards and jurisdictional requirements- Managing technical due diligence, entitlement, and permitting processes while addressing complex code, utility, and regulatory challenges- Providing quality assurance and design risk assessments to support highly reliable, redundant, and scalable infrastructure- Coordinating closely with construction and operations teams to keep pre-construction deliverables aligned with cost, schedule, and delivery objectives
