ABOUT BRANDEN MILLWARD

I am a AI Lead and Enterprise Architect Consultant with a MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bath and BSc 1st Class Honours Degree in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University. Currently working at Cloud Formations Ltd as a Senior Consultant. Leading our AI Strategy, working with clients to navigate their digital transformation journey and AI readiness.Previously, I worked at Experian as a Domain Engineering Lead and Technical Product Owner, focusing on Machine learning and cloud-based projects. My role includes managing cloud design and technical delivery across infrastructure, networking, operations, and application migrations for UK analytics. Managing the UK security scorecard for the UK AIS environment and prioritising the remediation of issues. Collaborated with the global team and other regions to implement cloud technology and machine learning techniques for internal and external customers. Engaging with customers to identify new product development opportunities and working closely with the product team to implement them.While at the Post Office as the lead analyst on the Horizon improvement team, where I led 3 teams of analysts. My role included planning sprints for both teams, backlog grooming, supporting my teams in completing assigned work within the sprint and resolving blockers. Additionally, I work on identifying issues with the Horizon system and work with stakeholders to design and implement improvements that benefit the business and the Postmaster\'s daily lives.My versatility and adaptability are demonstrated by my 3-year tenure at Capital One, where I worked as part of various teams as a Strategy Analyst and Data Analyst. My projects ranged from building and re-grounding models to designing and developing a new monitoring system for the Acquisition team and implementing various strategy changes from conception through to testing and more.As part of my undergraduate degree, I completed my year in industry as a Business Analyst at GKN Driveline to gain industrial experience involving a large amount of data analysis and problem-solving.
