Oversee plant Quality Managers · Manage daily/current production quality issues/along with Plant QMs · Ensure safe-launch is properly implemented/standard reporting and review · Manage plant quality resources, proper staffing in plants · Facilitate control plan audits, SC/CC data collection and routine capability studies · Monitor customer NCRs, corrective actions, PCA implementation and closure · Ensure all FMEAs control plans are updated to reflect PCA and new failure modes · Visit key customer locations, develop relationships with customers · Develop standard way WMG will approach 3rd party containment (internal process) · Monitor and track customer chargebacks · Provide access to training for all plant quality personnel · Take hand-off from AQM to plant production (quality readiness) ensure plant has what they need to succeed for new program launches · Hire/Manage liaisons at various JIT locations
