Brandee is a Partner in Armanino\'s State and Local Tax Practice (SALT) and the firm\'s National SALT Income Tax Leader. Brandee has over 22 years of experience in multi-state corporate income tax and state tax controversy matters, including representation of clients on audit, protest, appeals, and settlement negotiations. She consults on state tax planning, reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, tax compliance, due diligence, and state tax provision matters, including state FIN48 [ASC 740]. Her experience also includes obtaining private letter rulings, voluntary disclosure agreements, and negotiating alternative apportionment relief for taxpayer. In addition to her multi-state corporate tax background, Brandee regularly works with privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on matters such as Pass-Through Entity Tax (\"PTET\") elections, state income tax sourcing, and individual residency planning. Brandee provides services to clients in various industries, including entertainment, cannabis, consumer products/retail, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and technology. Brandee received her BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, her JD from UC Davis School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Brandee is a licensed attorney in California and admitted to practice before United States Supreme Court.
