The Office also collaborates across all departments to operationally support the County’s agreements and relationships with its partner entities, constitutional officers, regional entities, as well as other strategic contracts.The Office is housed within the Division of Finance and Budget, which was awarded the Innovations Award from the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association in 2023 for the online learning management system used to educate customers, awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for 24 years in a row, and maintains a Bond Rating status.
