Design and deliver the digital transformation of processes through scaled agile programs. Manage lean-agile projects and development teams to prioritize and execute cost reduction and innovation projects to achieve desired business objectives. Liaison with Enterprise Digital, UX and Marketing. Manage the overall lean project support for the Claims business unit. Recent projects have included more than 100 active CI projects valued at more than $25 million in loss cost avoidance, operating cost reduction and other benefits. Designed and deployed Lean Readiness Program for 8K associate claims organization focused on A3 RCPS and change management. Developed 200-member ADKAR change agent network (CAN) in Claims. Lead numerous Kaizens and other DMAIC projects to identify waste and optimize business processes.
