   Co-led and facilitated three successful Quarterly Development Discussion \"How-to\" sessions with attendees. 80% said they better understood how to leverage quarterly development discussions, as a result. • Coordinated and moderated a fireside chat with NFL Legend and college football coach, Deion Sanders, for Black History Month. Over 800 employees attended the live, virtual event and reported a 96% confidence that it had a positive impact on our organization\'s culture. • Successfully led the pilot of the Introduction to Social Justice course for the Strategy, Growth, and Operations team. Participants gained valuable insights into their peers\' experiences, acquired skills to engage in courageous conversations, and felt more connected to the organization. • Designed, launched, and managed two successful mentorship cohorts within the Duo Security BU (now part of Cisco Secure). In Q4FY22, formed 103 mentor-mentee pairs with an 88% match satisfaction rate. Participants reported positive impacts on their work experience, including an increase in job-related skills. Mentors also reported strengthening their leadership and coaching skills. • Mentored, managed, and supported the Duo Employee Program Team\'s FY22 summer intern as they conducted a listening tour, developed a proposal, and presented their learnings to leadership. • Facilitated various workshops, events, and sessions for the Employee Experience team, including Effective & Fair Interviewing, employee onboarding sessions, and mentorship preparation. • Actively involved in a variety of stretch work, including the Global Connected Black Professionals Financial Wellbeing Program Team, the Global Security Connected Black Professionals Core Team, and the Connected Black Professionals Early-in-Career Mentorship Program Team.
