   Within Wonder\'s local food delivery service, Envoy, own the roadmap of three products: The tablets restaurants use to manage orders, the portal our partners use to create & update their restaurant listing, and the backend tool internal teams use to manage our platform. • Organize cross-team and stakeholder meetings to identify pain points, brainstorm potential solutions, and prioritize which issues needed to be addressed first, based on impact to the business and amount of effort. • When restaurants were only reporting when an order was ready for pickup on 50% of orders, analyzed our user data, led ideation, design, requirements gathering, and testing for two features that increased reporting to 70%. • Own the end-to-end MVP rebuild of our restaurant portal adding functionality including editing menus, submitting banking information, viewing order and payment history, and more. Use Amplitude and customer feedback to guide which features to implement next.
