Originally from Amsterdam and now based in New York, I’ve built my career as a hospitality leader across sales, customer care, and community management. Today, I focus on member experience and operations management, thriving in international, fast-paced environments and bringing warmth, energy, and structure to every team and project I’m part of.At Industrious, I manage the member experience and day-to-day operations for a community of 400+ professionals and teams. My role combines hospitality and business management, from onboarding new members and giving tours to prospective clients to closing office space sales. I oversee account management, foster strong relationships, and handle budgeting and operational planning to keep the Williamsburg location running efficiently. I also curate events and build local partnerships to create a connected workplace. In addition, I serve as a connector members can rely on, driving both community satisfaction and business growth. I take pride in creating an environment where people feel supported, energized, and proud to belong.Previously, I managed the customer experience and sales department at AYA Live Together, led customer care teams at HelloFresh and spent several years in hospitality, always with a focus on warmth, service and building strong relationships.
