I act on a broad range of capital markets transactions for both underwriters and issuers. My experience includes advising on equity capital market transactions, including Rule 144A offerings by Indian companies, and foreign portfolio investments into India. I have also advised on vanilla and structured debt issuances (Regulation S and Rule 144A standalone issues, EMTN programmes, Covered Bonds) and liability management transactions. I am recognized as a Rising Star Partner in the Capital Markets practice by as a recommended lawyer by Legal500, and as one of India\'s Future Legal Leaders by IBLJ. I hold a post graduate degree in law from the University of Cambridge, and an undergraduate degree from NALSAR, Hyderabad. Prior to joining Trilegal, I was an associate at S&R Associates in Mumbai and New Delhi, and Allen & Overy LLP in London.
