Over 26 years of international and multi-faceted global leadership experience in building and growing the business by forging strong partnerships with the world\'s leading cloud technology companies like Oracle & others, driving customers growth and transformation journeys.Played several leadership roles spanning across multiple functions with experience in setting up and scaling Oracle practice, IFS practice, Shared Services, CoE in new location from the ground up, with responsibilities that includes practice revenue growth, solutions, profitability and customer engagement across the stakeholder spectrum. Presently, I am heading Oracle SubPractice for MEA, APAC, TTH and Retail, Global NexGen Ops and Global Delivery for IFS Practice. I hold M. E. and B.E. degrees both in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University and NIT respectively.Due to my experience in working with customers in U.S, U.K, Europe, India, Middle East, Africa, LATAM, APAC markets in implement, manage and upgrade their Oracle platforms, I have gained global experience in developing and accomplishing business in multi-cultural markets with customer-centric focus, building strong relationships with OEM, team building with high octave energy drive and helping customers in realizing maximum business value with mutual beneficial objectives.

In my current role as Segment Head TCS Oracle Practice, I lead and drive a high-performance team of Oracle Cloud business and technology experts to help some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations transition to become agile and digital enterprises, poised for growth and innovation.I architected “Oracle NexGen Ops Services” to help mid scale customers embark on Oracle Cloud led transformation journey and sustain growth and transformation by significantly expediting time to value and yet drive superlative efficiencies.In addition to my role in Oracle practice, I have built and scaled “TCS IFS Practice” Center of Excellence to serve customers globally. This demonstrates my passion, result orientation and embracing risk to deliver superlative results.
