Spearheading the Infrastructure track of the biggest gaming merger to date. Successfully converted two Caesars properties on time and $7M under budget with a smooth transition to Operational Support. Rolled out Sports Betting with Kiosk capabilities in 29 locations across seven states, and Mobile Sports Betting on three states, which resulted in at least 10% attendance increase and 300% in beverage sales increase in addition to the overall gaming revenue. Rolled out 88 live table games, including construction at 2 properties when table games were approved in Indiana. Rolled out 93 Tables Games with Progressives and Bravo Poker tracking in 3 states as they are getting approved in different jurisdictions while working with Regulatory. Launched Mobile Rewards Credit to Free Slot Play that converted $1.3M Rewards Credit in less than a month, which equates to 20k transactions per month. Effectively supports ad hoc projects including but not limited to: supporting integration planning; tracking new acquisitions; coordinating due diligence for potential transactions; working directly with senior management teams, board members and stakeholders; drafting playbooks, management presentations and project dashboards, et al.
