I am an adventurous and hardworking individual who loves meeting new people and overcoming new challenges. As a Software Engineer, I take on every project as a new adventure and delight in the opportunity to continue learning and improving as I grow with a company.I’ve previously worked as a Desktop Analyst for Cheshire Medical Center, where I coordinated all PC-related requests, trained users on best practices so they wouldn’t need the help desk as much, and reduced help desk ticket backlog from 300 to less than 100 in 6 months. I was also responsible for ensuring the continued operation of thousands of devices, including those used in the Emergency Department and ICU.As a Software Engineer intern at MarginFuel, I got to hone my skills in Vue.JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I helped maintain the portion of the website that onboarded new customers. I also reviewed project requirements to identify customer expectations and resources needed to meet company goals and deadlines. As an IT intern at BBCA Legal, I helped set up, configure, and troubleshoot systems. I also helped maintain the multi-lingual website and helped decrease tech and grammatical errors.On top of being skilled with many Software Engineering concepts and programming languages, I also have excellent problem-solving and written and oral communication skills. I’m also a team player who focuses on mutual achievements and success. I\'m looking forward to a professional journey that can help me grow and improve as a person too.
