   At just 18 years old, I began my position as Legislative Aide before transitioning a year later into my role as Senior Legislative Aide. In this role at the Colorado General Assembly, I provided direct support to state legislators by conducting in-depth policy research and legislative analysis to inform bill development and floor strategy. I drafted speeches, talking points, and constituent communications, while closely monitoring committee hearings and summarizing key outcomes to guide legislative decision-making. I managed constituent outreach, responded to inquiries from stakeholders and advocacy groups, and tracked legislation throughout the session to advise on amendments and procedural developments. Additionally, I helped organize town halls and district events, coordinated meetings with lobbyists and community leaders, and supported bipartisan initiatives by analyzing the political landscape and identifying areas for cross-party collaboration.
