I’m a Staff Product Designer working on enterprise SaaS platforms, where systems, workflows, and human decision-making intersect. For over a decade, I’ve led design for complex products by turning ambiguity into clear, scalable product direction.My work focuses on platform and workflow design, instrumentation-aware UX, and AI-augmented experiences with an emphasis on using technology to support, not replace, human judgment. I’m especially drawn to problems that span multiple surfaces and teams, where design shapes not just interfaces, but operating models and long-term product strategy.At Salesforce and ServiceNow, I’ve owned and contributed to platform-level initiatives ranging from large-scale migrations to AI-enabled capabilities. I partner closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams to align on future-state vision, validate direction through research and signals, and carry ideas from concept through execution in complex enterprise environments.I care deeply about clarity, craft, and collaboration, and about building systems that are technically grounded, measurable, and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them.

   Led the initial product vision and MVP for AI-supported learning experiences within ServiceNow University, aligning senior leaders on future-state learning workflows and platform direction.• Defined and prototyped AI-powered portal convergence workflows using Figma Make, unifying multiple portals into a single experience backed by a shared data model and shaping concrete product direction teams could evaluate and iterate on.• Advocated for designed enterprise SaaS workflows grounded in underlying data models and platform constraints, balancing system complexity with clear, human-centered learning experiences.
