Before joining Microsoft, Brady played pivotal roles in business development and leadership in media and entertainment, spearheading progressive content creation workflows across production, visual effects and post production, often innovating alongside industry giants like Marvel and Netflix. In her role on Team Xbox, Brady leads a global team of product managers, focused on the development of a transformational gaming commerce platform and gaming marketplace experiences that empower creators to connect with, develop, and engage their audiences. In this role she partners to drive the strategic direction for the Xbox commerce capabilities to support game creators to explore new business models, reach their target market and optimize their success with Xbox and across platforms, aligned with Microsoft’s broader mission to empower every person and every organization to achieve more.
