About Brady Walsh
With nearly a decade of experience at some of the nation\'s premiere opera organizations, as well as a dynamic resume of teaching and performance engagements, I currently lead Carpe Diem Theater in Round Lake, NY and BTW Voice vocal studio between NYC and New York\'s Capital Region.My priorities and perspective are clear in the accomplishments listed below in each of my previous work experiences. Owner and Artistic Director

Carpe Diem offers dynamic programming for lifelong learners, teens, and youth in the Capital Region of New York State. The summer camp program engages more than 100 students hailing from 15 school districts. Annually, Carpe Diem employs and develops a staff of 15 high school students as part of a dynamic counselor program for theater leadership. Together with the Executive Director, I have accomplished the following:• Increased camp enrollment by 59% and ticket revenue by 101% since 2021. • Offered more than 25 subsidized tuitions for our 2023 camp season through our pay-what-you-will tuition policy.• Conceptualized and executed ROOTS: Realizations On & Off The Stage, a free workshop series designed to teach community members about social justice in theater, representation, songwriting, vocal technique, and more, led by professional teaching artists of diverse lived experiences.• Created a free one-week intensive, led by Broadway and industry professionals, for pre-professional artists aged 16-22 as they evaluate a career in the musical arts.
